Laurent Dupraz has been working in the restaurant industry since his 15th birthday.

If he got the chance to practice his work around the world, England and carabean islands, it’s in Beaujeu where is from, that he decided to open his own restaurant in 2013.

Defending a classical but revisited cooking, he places quality and seasonnal products in the heart of his cooking.
